I have anxiety, even more when it comes to seeing the dentist. I finally found the doctors, assistants, and staff that take the time to understand this. I dislike calling and talking on my phone due to social anxiety, they text, and email, which I love this feature. I no longer need to take my extra dose of medication to visit the dentist, the atmosphere is calm, they check in and see how you are doing during the procedures, they distract you with their own conversation and laughter while you have your mouth open, which helps take your mind off why your there. The receptionists are friendly and let you know the estimate before your appointment what you may owe, so there is no guessing or messing with insurance,they do the work for you. Most of all they are gentle, which was big for me as I had bad experiences in the past that kept me from seeing the dentist along with having anxiety for many years. I am so thankful for the friendliness of this office. I would highly recommend them!!

Hands down the best dentist in the area! Dr. Waters has made it so I can function with the multiple root canals, fillings, and dental work I have had to have done throughout the years. His staff is wonderful and you will not be disappointed in the care you will receive!

Dr. John Waters was extremely patient and thorough. This was my first visit and it felt like I'd been going there for years. Dr. Waters repeatedly asked me if I had any more questions about this thing or that. I never felt rushed talking with him about my issues. He treated me like a person, not just a pair of teeth. His staff was the same way. Everyone smiled and greeted me. They handled some tricky issues with my insurance (whom they had never dealt with before) and made the whole experience pleasant and warm.
