Dr. John Waters was extremely patient and thorough. This was my first visit and it felt like I'd been going there for years. Dr. Waters repeatedly asked me if I had any more questions about this thing or that. I never felt rushed talking with him about my issues. He treated me like a person, not just a pair of teeth.
