Dr. Flynn and the Waters office staff exemplify excellent care. I’m someone that generally doesn’t like to see the dentist. I have a painful history working with a variety of dentists, and I have a lot of anxiety when I enter dental offices. Honestly though, the Waters office was the first office I enjoyed--and continue to enjoy-- visiting because of the level of care I receive from office staff. Dr. Flynn and the rest of the staff create an atmosphere where people feel comfortable, supported, and well-cared for. Not only do they provide excellent, attentive care that suits my individual needs, but they also offer thorough guidance and support. They are willing to sit down with me, have a calm, unrushed conversation, and work with me to help understand my dental needs and care. Dr. Flynn and her staff treat me with the same level of care they would want, referring me or my family to the same specialists they would recommend to family and friends, but only if they feel I can be better treated elsewhere. Dr. Flynn has a gracious, warm, and non-condemning nature, and she and her staff display an attention to detail and a commitment to excellence rarely seen in other offices. That’s what my whole family visits Waters Dental, and that’s why I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone seeking excellent, compassionate care.

They are awesome. I love my hygienist. She is so gentle and sweet. Dr. Waters is a wonderful man. They always buy back candy at Halloween and give the kids a free light up tooth brush.

An appointment at Waters Dental is always a great experience. The professional way the staff treats each patient is extraordinary. I felt VERY safe considering I have had only 1 dose of the vaccine. The lengths to which the office has implemented the CDC safety guidelines is remarkable, and reassures patients of their regard for everyone's health and safety. I am looking forward to my next appointment.
