Dr. Waters, and his incredible talented people are far beyond my dreams to found a practice to make my mom smile. I can not be more thankful with every single people that works there. From the beginning they have been so compassionate, sweet, and professional to us. The facility itself is very bright and clean, you are schedule at certain time, you check in on your phone, and they come out to your car to invite you in to check your temperature before you see the doctor. There is no patient's mingling around in the waiting room, you feel safe at all times. For us is a 45 minutes trip that I have been more than happy to drive for the last 2 months. Dr. Waters has always a compliment and kind words to say to his patients, you feel like he is part of your family. We were informed from beginning with the cost of the prosthodontic piece that he will be creating for my mom, and our schedule days to visit were all set at our convenience on the first visit. We had to wait some weeks in order to get an appointment to see him, but now I understand why he is so successful and so booked. Highly recommended!

I have anxiety, even more when it comes to seeing the dentist. I finally found the doctors, assistants, and staff that take the time to understand this. I dislike calling and talking on my phone due to social anxiety, they text, and email, which I love this feature. I no longer need to take my extra dose of medication to visit the dentist, the atmosphere is calm, they check in and see how you are doing during the procedures, they distract you with their own conversation and laughter while you have your mouth open, which helps take your mind off why your there. The receptionists are friendly and let you know the estimate before your appointment what you may owe, so there is no guessing or messing with insurance,they do the work for you. Most of all they are gentle, which was big for me as I had bad experiences in the past that kept me from seeing the dentist along with having anxiety for many years. I am so thankful for the friendliness of this office. I would highly recommend them!!

Had a cracked tooth over the weekend. Called and left a message and they called me right away when they opened the next day and got me in.
