Dr. Flynn and the Waters office staff exemplify excellent care. I’m someone that generally doesn’t like to see the dentist. I have a painful history working with a variety of dentists, and I have a lot of anxiety when I enter dental offices. Honestly though, the Waters office was the first office I enjoyed--and continue to enjoy-- visiting because of the level of care I receive from office staff. Dr. Flynn and the rest of the staff create an atmosphere where people feel comfortable, supported, and well-cared for. Not only do they provide excellent, attentive care that suits my individual needs, but they also offer thorough guidance and support. They are willing to sit down with me, have a calm, unrushed conversation, and work with me to help understand my dental needs and care. Dr. Flynn and her staff treat me with the same level of care they would want, referring me or my family to the same specialists they would recommend to family and friends, but only if they feel I can be better treated elsewhere. Dr. Flynn has a gracious, warm, and non-condemning nature, and she and her staff display an attention to detail and a commitment to excellence rarely seen in other offices. From the moment you walk in everyone is so friendly and professional. I appreciate the gentle touch when I’m getting my teeth cleaned Jenna . Dr . Waters never makes me feel rushed. Dr. Waters, and his incredible talented people are far beyond my dreams to found a practice to make my mom smile. I can not be more thankful with every single people that works there. From the beginning they have been so compassionate, sweet, and professional to us. The facility itself is very bright and clean, you are schedule at certain time, you check in on your phone, and they come out to your car to invite you in to check your temperature before you see the doctor. There is no patient's mingling around in the waiting room, you feel safe at all times. For us is a 45 minutes trip that I have been more than happy to drive for the last 2 months. Dr. Waters has always a compliment and kind words to say to his patients, you feel like he is part of your family. We were informed from beginning with the cost of the prosthodontic piece that he will be creating for my mom, and our schedule days to visit were all set at our convenience on the first visit. We had to wait some weeks in order to get an appointment to see him, but now I understand why he is so successful and so booked. Highly recommended!

Always willing to explain thoroughly and check on your understanding and well being. Excellent customer service that feels like the REAL DEAL.
