Dr. John Waters was extremely patient and thorough. This was my first visit and it felt like I'd been going there for years. Dr. Waters repeatedly asked me if I had any more questions about this thing or that. I never felt rushed talking with him about my issues. He treated me like a person, not just a pair of teeth. His staff was the same way. Everyone smiled and greeted me. They handled some tricky issues with my insurance (whom they had never dealt with before) and made the whole experience pleasant and warm. I highly recommend this dental office.
