From the beginning they have been so compassionate, sweet, and professional to us. The facility itself is very bright and clean, you are schedule at certain time, you check in on your phone, and they come out to your car to invite you in to check your temperature before you see the doctor. There is no patient's mingling around in the waiting room, you feel safe at all times. For us is a 45 minutes trip that I have been more than happy to drive for the last 2 months. Dr. Waters has always a compliment and kind words to say to his patients, you feel like he is part of your family. We were informed from beginning with the cost of the prosthodontic piece that he will be creating for my mom, and our schedule days to visit were all set at our convenience on the first visit. We had to wait some weeks in order to get an appointment to see him, but now I understand why he is so successful and so booked. Highly recommended!
