I dislike calling and talking on my phone due to social anxiety, they text, and email, which I love this feature. I no longer need to take my extra dose of medication to visit the dentist, the atmosphere is calm, they check in and see how you are doing during the procedures, they distract you with their own conversation and laughter while you have your mouth open, which helps take your mind off why your there. The receptionists are friendly and let you know the estimate before your appointment what you may owe, so there is no guessing or messing with insurance,they do the work for you. Most of all they are gentle, which was big for me as I had bad experiences in the past that kept me from seeing the dentist along with having anxiety for many years. I am so thankful for the friendliness of this office. I would highly recommend them!!
