Dr. Flynn and the Waters office staff exemplify excellent care. I’m someone that generally doesn’t like to see the dentist. I have a painful history working with a variety of dentists, and I have a lot of anxiety when I enter dental offices. Honestly though, the Waters office was the first office I enjoyed--and continue to enjoy-- visiting because of the level of care I receive from office staff. Dr. Flynn and the rest of the staff create an atmosphere where people feel comfortable, supported, and well-cared for. They are willing to sit down with me, have a calm, unrushed conversation, and work with me to help understand my dental needs and care. Dr. Flynn and her staff treat me with the same level of care they would want, referring me or my family to the same specialists they would recommend to family and friends, but only if they feel I can be better treated elsewhere. Dr. Flynn has a gracious, warm, and non-condemning nature, and she and her staff display an attention to detail and a commitment to excellence rarely seen in other offices. I have anxiety, even more when it comes to seeing the dentist. I finally found the doctors, assistants, and staff that take the time to understand this. I dislike calling and talking on my phone due to social anxiety, they text, and email, which I love this feature. I no longer need to take my extra dose of medication to visit the dentist, the atmosphere is calm, they check in and see how you are doing during the procedures, they distract you with their own conversation and laughter while you have your mouth open, which helps take your mind off why your there. The receptionists are friendly and let you know the estimate before your appointment what you may owe, so there is no guessing or messing with insurance,they do the work for you. Most of all they are gentle, which was big for me as I had bad experiences in the past that kept me from seeing the dentist along with having anxiety for many years. I am so thankful for the friendliness of this office. I would highly recommend them!!

Amazing chair side manners at this office! Dr. Waters was so gentle and took his time to make sure my cavity was taken care of. And his assistant Stephanie is so kind, she held my hand in the beginning because I was so scared.
