From the moment you walk in everyone is so friendly and professional. I appreciate the gentle touch when I’m getting my teeth cleaned Jenna . Dr . Waters never makes me feel rushed. But when it is time to leave Jenna at the front desk is always smiling. Not at any time had a problem with billing or costs . Thank you all .
Very nice staff and dentist was bright and cheery. Office was clean and spacious. Bathrooms were also nice and clean. Other than being kind of expensive and no toothbrush, floss, or toothpaste (after I guess I was getting use to always getting these afterwards), but it was an enjoyable experience and I definitely going back.
The staff and dentists at Waters Dental Group are fantastic. Warm, friendly, and caring. Feels like family. Our entire family goes to Waters Dental, and each has had the same experience. My kids have always been a bit afraid to go to the dentist, but they have not been since we've switched to Waters. They can always get us in when we need. Billing is excellent, explanation of charges always explained in detail. We love Waters Dental!

Was very pleased with the service. The office was exceptionally clean and I was very impressed with the glass partitions built in to protect both the office personnel and the patients. Everything is well thought out to protect everyone in these turbulent times. The personnel are very friendly and Professional and Dr Waters is an exceptional Dentist.
